Visitation Rights

Many people believe that visitation rights are only applicable to the biological parents of a minor child. The Courts will always examine what is in the best interests of the minor children and will try to maintain a relationship with a non-parent, if it is in that child’s best interests. This can include step-parents, grandparents, family members, or other persons with a close bond with the children. This area of the law can be complex, so having experienced representation can make the difference. Please call Aguilar Justice Center, P.C. at (209) 436-8594 to schedule a consultation and learn what rights you may have.
